WHERE DOES THE RETREAT DELIVER?
THE RETREAT products can be delivered worldwide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All orders will be dispatched on the next working day following receipt. For example, all orders placed on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £30
THE RETREAT are pleased to offer free delivery for all UK orders over £30. Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Please see below for details on shipping and dispatch times.
Cost
Standard Delivery - UK - £3.20
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.
Next Day (Order before 1pm) - UK Flat rate of £7.99 per order.
Courier deliveries are made the day after dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
UNITED KINGDOM
Royal Mail
Parcels sent using our Standard method will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service.
Courier
Parcels sent using our Next Day method are guaranteed for delivery on the next working day (orders before 1pm) following dispatch. Our courier service is priced at a set fee of £7.99 per order.
All orders over 2kg will be automatically processed using this method.
Rest of the World
International orders will be sent via the courier selected.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered and the shipping time depends on the location, but these are clearly displayed prior to
checkout.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
In the unfortunate event of your order not arriving within the time frame specified for the delivery option you have selected please email customer service: hello@theretreatengland.com quoting your order reference.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to our Christmas warehouse closures, there will be no orders processed between 23rd December 2024 and 2nd January 2025. Any orders placed between these dates will be dispatched on 3rd January 2025. If you wish to purchase a gift please follow the date guidelines below to ensure you receive your goods in time.
If you wish to use our UK standard delivery all orders must be received on or before the 14th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.
Next Day
If you wish to use our UK next day delivery service all orders must be received on or before midday on the 15th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.
Rest of the World
If you wish to use our International services, all orders must be received on or before midday on the 12th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.

International Parcels will be sent via the courier selected.
Calculated according to the weight of products ordered, but will be displayed clearly prior to selection.
